We would like to invite you all to our upcoming Grace Bible Conference. Lodging is covered for those who need/want it, but you must let us know by replying to this email (email Mike Mitchell at baxas5182@outlook.com) with your name and how many nights you will be staying. We will make the reservation for you. If you make your own reservations you will be charged.

If you cannot attend and made your own reservation, you will need to cancel your room by April 20 or your card will be billed. Also let us know if you are in need of nursery facilities, there are rooms we can use for this purpose, as well as separate rooms for children’s classes. Expenses will be covered by free will offerings taken during the conference.

Bros Steve Atwood, Jerry Lockhart, Brian Sipes, and Dan Gross are among the many great preachers who have confirmed at this time. Looking forward to you and your family joining us to make it complete! 

The hotel offers a continental breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and we will have a good ‘ol TX style BBQ with all the fixin’s for the Saturday lunch hour immediately following the preaching. 

Preaching schedule: 

Friday evening          7:00 – 9:00P 

Saturday morning   9A – Noon (BBQ Noon – 2P) 

Saturday evening     6:00 – 9:00P 

Sunday morning       10A – Noon

There is a very nice and large outlet mall 2 miles away from the conference center.
